Best Eats – Tyrrell’s Naked Crisps
Commencing operation . . .
Overview
Okay, I know crisps are not exactly the healthiest of food options, and substitute options like oatcakes should be considered beforehand, but recently I have found myself enjoying both! There are so many different brands out there that produce potato chips, and like many, I have tried a wide variety.
Throughout the years, I have noticed that many companies like to pile the salt on their products, to the point where most people likely surpass their recommended salt intake purely through salt preservatives. Therefore I set out to search for a crisp with minimal salt content, so let me introduce you to Tyrrell’s Naked Crisps!

Discussion
With only two ingredients, you can’t go too wrong with these crisps. However, I would still advise on limiting your crisp intake as too much sunflower oil is no good for the body. The virtually zero salt content and low sugar makes these crisps a winner in my book.
Conclusion
Enjoy Tyrrell’s Naked Crisps as part of a balanced healthy diet, and you won’t go wrong. I like to accompany my lentils curry with half a bag, but you can easily include them as part of most meals or even eat them standalone.
