I offer either gym or mobile-based training. Sessions can be conducted at the dojo I train at, one of our places of residence or in a local park. If you are unsure whether personal training is for you, I offer a free, no-obligation consultation where we can discuss the specific goals you wish to achieve, your current lifestyle habits as well as any other questions or queries you may have. This information will then be used to determine whether I am capable of helping you fulfil your ambitions.
I have no interest in wasting your time. If I feel that your commitment or resolve may be lacking or that your objectives are outlandish or unreasonable (want to become a black belt, after three months training, yeah right!), then rest assured I will not take you on board as a client. I will only accept clients who strongly desire to achieve their health goals. I can, of course, provide that motivational push you may need, but the core effort must come from you if you want to attain lasting, desirable results.

If I perceive that I can help you and if you are also interested, the opportunity to book a single one-hour session for £40 is available to try a class and see if we are a good fit for each other. After the session, if you wish to book additional classes, please see the pricing options below.
- £40 – 4 sessions, total cost £180
- £35 – 8 sessions, total cost £320, saving £40
- £30 – 12 sessions, total cost £420, saving £120
I will advise you on which package will best suit your needs in order to meet your goals.

Group Classes
Alternatively, the dojo I train at has many group classes which may be of interest as opposed to or in addition to Personal Training. It is fully equipped with punching bags, various strength, and conditioning tools and striking pads, allowing for a wide variety of exercises and workouts which can be tailored to your needs. Classes covered in the dojo include Karate, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jujitsu, and Fitness based classes. Majority of sessions last an hour, but some are ninety minutes.
