Courgettes contain more potassium, iron, fibre, protein as well as vitamins B and C, in comparison to cucumbers, making courgettes the clear winner when it comes to nutrition.
Calories
Cucumbers contain fewer calories than courgettes overall, so if you are worried about your calorie intake, then Cucumbers get the leg up on this point.
Carbohydrates and Fat
Zucchinis have four times as much carbohydrates and twice as much fat as cucumbers, but the numbers are so low in both cases, it won’t make any impactful difference, honestly.
Sugars
Cucumbers have three times less sugar than courgettes, but like above, the numbers are low in either case. Unless you have diabetes, this aspect is practically a non-factor.
Conclusion
All things considered, courgettes boast a nutritionally superior profile in comparison to cucumbers which makes them the winner for me in this contest. Both are undoubtedly healthy foods, so if you are partial in taste to one over the other, consume the one you prefer most.
